We ate at one of those sit-down chain resturants yesterday (you know, the ones where miscellaneous items are individually bolted to the wall and/or ceiling?). I got thinking- will we ever look back nostalgically at these restaurants like we do diners?
(old man in the future)- Remember the good old restaurants where we could dine under a hockey stick bolted to the ceiling? And what about those menus? Every item had an exclamation point at the end of the description like it was the best food they ever made!
